8/17/09 - In January 2009, ABCIL President & CEO, Rob Winchester testified at the Decatur City Council meeting speaking out against a proposed Responible Bidder Ordinance. This ordinance was adopted a couple months later. On Monday, August 17th, the new Decatur City Council reversed the RBO in a 6-1 vote, which is a huge victory for members in Decatur.
