ABC Illinois Welcomes Grace Duerksen as Membership Director

Associated Builders and Contractors Illinois Chapter (ABC Illinois) is pleased to announce the addition of Grace Duerksen as Membership Director.

Duerksen joins ABC Illinois with a passion for relationship-building, member engagement, and helping organizations grow through meaningful connections. In her new role, she will lead membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts while serving as a key resource for current and prospective members throughout the state.

As Membership Director, Duerksen will focus on expanding ABC Illinois’ membership base, developing strong relationships with member companies, and connecting businesses with the programs, services, and opportunities available through the association. She will work closely with members to ensure they maximize the benefits of their ABC membership while helping drive the continued growth of the merit shop construction industry across Illinois.

In addition to membership development, Duerksen will support chapter events, networking opportunities, and strategic initiatives designed to foster engagement and strengthen the ABC Illinois community.
